HSMC offer health and safety services to help employers across the UK protect their staff and achieve compliance with health and safety laws.

Via the use of in-house experienced and trained staff HSMC offer a level of support to suit all businesses. Example projects undertaken in the last 12 months include:
- Audiometry for airside workers at Heathrow and Gatwick Airports, a London local authority, Warwick council, Leeds Opera, several West Midlands fabrication and welding sites and Sunseeker, a yacht manufacturer in Poole.
- Noise assessments for a welding and fabrication site, a food factory in Northern Ireland, schools, sawmills, mail sorting depots and several double glazing factories, all including identification of noise control strategies.
- Safety Training for mid-level Supervisors and Managers, Safety Rep training for retail establishments, Risk Assessment training for a resins factory, several noise awareness courses along with DSE training and DSE assessments.
- Fire Marshal training for employees in a residential care facility and a clothing charity.
- Fire risk assessments for several properties ranging from a small guest house through to a shipyard, sawmills and a large multi-occupancy production site. As well as the main assessment each report includes recommended action plans .
- Risk assessments for a chain of shops around London and Brighton.
- Safety audit for a multi-site business around the south of England and private estates. Includes detailed audit, report and recommended development plan.
